Freight & Delivery

• Items are collated and dispatched at approximately 10am every day – late orders will be collected up to 4pm – but you must specify
• In metro areas you will receive your parcel the next business day, for areas outside metro allow 2-3 business days
• All product prices include Australia wide express post
• Where possible, products will be sent using Small, Medium or Large Australia Post express post satchels, with tracking, but no signature (signature available upon request at additional charge ($2.95)
• We also use Tasmanian Freight services for large palleted items, Fastway for items not allowed air mail, and local carriers for statewide deliveries
• Pick up is available from 9 Kilowatt Court, Ulverstone TAS

Refund Policy
LUXLIFTS Australia Online Returns Policy

In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match description. Change of mind Returns will only be accepted if the product upon arrival is in its original sealed condition and within 14 days after the buyer receives it. Please see below for further details on Change of Mind returns. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Returning LUXLIFTS Online products

We will offer a refund/ exchange on most products purchased at LUXLIFTS. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, return it to us for a refund / and or exchange.

How to return a product ordered online

Products ordered at LUXLIFTS Online can be returned to PO Box 3028, Ulverstone TAS 7315. You will need to send with your email receipt, as information on this is needed as proof of purchase. It is also recommended to send with tracking, please keep a copy of the tracking when posting returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Product delivered

We apologise for the inconvenience, we will resend the correct item to you as soon as we can. Contact the Customer Service Centre on 0364255005 (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday).

Returns Policy
Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, LUXLIFTS will offer you a refund provided that:

• You return the item within 14 days of purchase;
• You produce your original receipt at the time you return the item
• The item is in resaleable condition including that:
-It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
-It is unopened, unused and in its original condition (if the item has been opened and resealed no refund is available);
-The product is not one on which a change of mind return is not available

*If these requirements are not satisfied LUXLIFTS reserves the right not to offer a refund for change of mind returns.

A restocking fee of $15 for Small satchels and $20 for Medium and Large satchels will be deducted from your refund, this is to cover the original cost of posting the item.

Goods on which a change of mind return is not available

LUXLIFTS will not accept the return of USED items, unless previously agreed upon.
These products can still be returned if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description.

Other Returns

LUXLIFTS will accept product returns and provide you with a refund where:

• The product is faulty or is not of merchantable quality, or
• The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
• The product does not match the sample or our description; and

You can present your LUXLIFTS receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.

If you cannot present your LUXLIFTS receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase LUXLIFTS reserves the right not to offer a refund or exchange.

LUXLIFTS reserves the right to:

Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to offering a exchange or refund. This may result in an exchange or refund being refused.

Please note:

• Your original LUXLIFTS receipt is the best form of proof of purchase
• Refunds will be issued using your original payment method
• Please return any accessories and manuals supplied with product
